On July 3–5, 2019 the eighth Baltic Summer School will be held in Lithuania. Representatives of non-formal adult education organizations from Baltic countries are invited to take part on this event.

The main purpose of the meeting – to strengthen adult educators of Baltic countries cooperation. This objective will seek to share the adult teaching and learning methods, experiences, in social parties and informal.

Main organizers of the Baltic Summer School-2019 – Lithuanian Association of Adult Education, Pasvalys municipality and the museum of the Pasvalys country.

In the preliminary program “Emotions in Learning: helps or blocks?” there are those topics: theoretical principles of emotional learning, dissemination of ELMO („Enhancing Learning Motivation“) project training experiences, Examples of Summer School Participants’ Emotional Training, Learning emotions in Pasvalys – acquaintance with opportunities to learn in the museum and in the city.

Participants of the Baltic Summer School will have possibilities to share their examples of emotional learning, to try methods and forms for emotional learning and to visit adult learning spaces in Pasvalys.

In the preliminary program “Non-traditional adult learning environment and forms” there are those topics: non-formal adult learning in non-traditional spaces and its quality- theoretical thinking and practical tasks.

Participants of the Baltic Summer School will have possibilities to share their examples of non-traditional learning environment and/or examples of forms and to visit non-traditional adult learning spaces in Zarasai.
